ORDERING, PAYMENT, POSTAGE, RETURNS

ORDERING Follow the directions on the site to make your purchase online. Before processing your order we will send an email informing you of the total cost including postage.

PAYMENT may be made, with your order, by means of the following credit or debit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, SWITCH, SOLO, MAESTRO, DELTA. You may use the secure facility on this site to forward your credit/debit card information. If you wish to email us direct with your order and credit/debit card information, please include number, expiry date and security code. 

You may also use the secure facility to pay for books you have ordered direct from us.

Payment may also be made by cheque or bank transfer. Institutions are allowed the normal credit terms.

POSTAGE WITHIN THE UK We charge £4 for parcels of books weighing 1 kg. Smaller parcels will cost a little less than this. The maximum charge for parcels of up to 20 kg is £12.00 Delivery time varies between 2 and 5 days. Faster delivery can be arranged.

REST OF THE WORLD We send at cost by consolidated airmail which can take between 7 and 21 days to arrive depending on destination. Customers requiring speedier delivery may request a quote.

RETURNS Our books are carefully described as to condition and any faults noted. Any books not as described may be returned at our expense for a refund. Please notify us within ten days of receipt if you wish to return a book.
